The visiting Schaumburg Saxons improved their record to 19-5, 8-1 in the MSL-West, clinching a share of the MSL-West title, with the 48-43 victory over the host Palatine Pirates. The Pirates fall to 2-22 and 1-8 in the MSL-West. Schaumburg was by Sr. Michael Mallett with 16, Kyle Bolger chipped in 10 (all in the 1st half.), and Christian Spandiary had 9 points. Palatine got 10 points from both Greg Grana and Roosevelt Smart, and Sr. forward John Millin added 9 points on senior night!
