Evanston opened up the scoring in the first quarter with a short 2 yard run by Justin Bishop, before Waukegan tied it up with an 11 yard touchdown pass from Melvin Bobo to Jaleel Duffie. That is where Evanston took over, and scored just about every way possible, on the ensuing kickoff Maalik Todd returned it 97 yards for a touchdown. The defense for Evanston then scored with a safety and later in the first half, Evanston added a field goal to take the halftime score to 19-7. The second half Evanston added two more field goals to finish the scoring for a 25-7 win.
